Print studio and export
Laying out the approved label in millimetres, saving print templates and exporting to PDF, image or Word.

The label studio opens from the Labels page or from Open and export after an approval. It shows the approved version in a Real-scale preview and, on the right, layout and export.

Fit height to content works out the minimum height for everything to fit the chosen width. If the content does not fit the format a notice says so: it would be cut off in print.
The regulation requires a minimum x-height of 1.2 mm (0.9 mm if the pack's largest surface is under 80 cm²). Choose text size and typeface with that in mind.
Print templates
Save as template keeps a layout to reuse on other products; Set as default makes it the starting point for all of them and for the editor's real-size preview. Custom templates depend on the plan.
Export
Choose Format (PDF, PNG, JPG, TIF, SVG or Word), Resolution for images and Languages. With All languages in one file the languages go into a single file, one after another. Export prepares the file: it is in the version's Export history, where you can download earlier exports again.
Labels approved during the free trial export only as PNG up to 150 dpi or as PDF, with the watermark "FAC-SIMILE – NON VALIDA PER LA STAMPA".
Bulk export
On the Labels page select several labels and choose Export: element, print template and format. One file per label, with all its languages, is created and bundled in a zip. When it is ready a notification arrives with the link, valid for 7 days.
