Catalogs
Allergen matrix and product sheets from approved labels, as a PDF or a public link with a QR code.
Ο οδηγός διατίθεται στα ιταλικά και στα αγγλικά: εδώ παρουσιάζεται η αγγλική έκδοση.
A catalog gathers the approved labels of several products into one document. Use it, for example, to show the allergen matrix of loose products at the counter or to send product sheets to customers.
Catalogs are included in paid plans, not in the free trial; how many depends on the plan.
Creating a catalog
From Catalogs › New catalog choose:
| Field | Options |
|---|---|
| Layout | Allergen matrix: a products × allergens table, with "contains" and "may contain". Product sheets: one sheet per product with ingredient list, allergens and nutrition table |
| Market | Which market's labels to use |
| Language | The catalog's language |
Then add products by searching their name, or all those with a tag (Add by tag). They appear in the order you select them. For each product the catalog shows the latest approved label in the chosen market: if a product has none, the preview tells you.
Changes save by themselves; the Preview on the right shows the PDF and public page as they will look.
Download PDF generates the document to print or send.
Public link and QR code
With Enable the public link the catalog gets a read-only address that opens without signing in. Copy address and Download QR code give you the link and a code to print and show at the counter. On a phone the public page shows a list that is easy to scroll, product by product.
When you approve a new version of a product, the catalog updates by itself: link and QR code stay the same.
Revoke link disables the address: the link and printed QR codes stop working, and enabling it again creates a new one.
