Preview and completeness

The live label, real size and the warnings to fix before approval.

Label preview

On the right of the editor the Label preview shows the result as you work: name of the food, ingredient list with allergens emphasised, "contains" and "may contain", nutrition table, statements, operator and net quantity. Pick Market and Language to see each label.

With Real size the preview uses the default print template's format, in true millimetres on screen. If the text does not fit, a notice asks you to enlarge the format or reduce the type (see Print studio and export).

Completeness

The Completeness panel lists the calculation's warnings. Errors block approval; the others need checking.

Warning	What to do
Missing or zero quantity	Enter a quantity above zero
Nutrition values missing	Complete the ingredient's profile
Water missing from the profile	Add the water value: weight loss needs it
Some values missing	Missing nutrients count as 0: fill them in if you know them
Density missing	Enter the density for quantities by volume
The intermediate contains this same product	Remove the loop from the recipe
Weight loss exceeds available water	Reduce the loss or check water in the profiles
The compound's ingredient list must be shown	Choose Name and components or Components only
Water under 5%, omitted	For information
The allergen was added in brackets	The ingredient text does not name the allergen: consider rewording it
The text names an undeclared allergen	Check the ingredient's allergens
QUID required	The name of the food names the ingredient
Missing text, statement or name in a language	Complete the translation
Net quantity missing	Fill it in under Process and pack
Enable at least one market	Choose a market under Markets and languages

When there are no errors the panel says No blocking errors and you can approve (see Review and approval).
