Activity log, data and privacy
Who did what, the full data export and deleting the organization.
Activity log
In Settings › Activity log the owner and admins see who did what and when: creations, edits, approvals, restores and exports of products, ingredients, profiles, labels, catalogs, settings, users and print templates. Filter by type of element.
The log cannot be edited or deleted. Autosaved changes appear once every 10 minutes per element and person, so as not to flood it.
Full data export
In Settings › Data and privacy the owner can request the Full data export: a zip with all the organization's data in JSON (products, ingredients, labels, settings, activity log, users) and the uploaded files. When it is ready a notification arrives; the link is valid for 7 days.
Deleting the organization
Delete the organization asks you to type the organization's name to confirm. After the request:
- the organization stays read-only for 30 days: you can still export the data or Cancel deletion;
- at the end, the organization's products, ingredients, labels, files and users are permanently erased.
A paid subscription must be cancelled before deleting; a consultancy deletes its clients first.
