Organization settings
Company details, production sites, label rules, default statements, allergens and logo.
Przewodnik jest dostępny w języku włoskim i angielskim: poniżej przedstawiono wersję angielską.
Settings are edited by the owner and admins; other roles see them read-only.
General
- Organization: short name (as shown in the app), company name, VAT number, address, city, postal code and country.
- Labels: the organization's Markets and Label languages (the first language is the default) and the Operator statement: name and address of the food business operator printed on the label. Use the company details builds it from the fields above.
- Logo: shown in the organization switcher and on the spec sheet. PNG, JPG or WebP, ideally square.
Production sites
Each production site has a name, an address and the allergens that may contaminate everything made there: they are added to those products' "may contain". New products use the Default site. A site can be deleted only if it has no products.
Labels
Rules that apply to all the organization's labels:
| Setting | Choices |
|---|---|
| "Contains" after the ingredient list | Whether to add the statement with the allergens present |
| Text before "may contain" | Per language, for example "May contain traces of:" |
| Allergen granularity | Generic, full or specific (see Allergens on the label) |
| Allergen emphasis | Bold, upper case or both |
| Saturates wording | "of which saturates" or "of which saturated fat" |
| Negligible values | "0 g" or "<0.5 g" |
| Additive names | Name ("raising agent: sodium bicarbonate") or E number ("raising agent: E500") |
| QUID and %RI decimals | One or none |
| Separate approval | Four eyes: see Review and approval |
The Spec sheet template is here too (see Spec sheet). When you change these rules, open previews update and products with an approved label become to review.
Default statements
Statements that apply to almost every product, language by language: each product inherits them until it writes its own. Changing them here changes every product that inherits them (see Texts and statements).
Allergens
- Keywords: the organization's words are added to the system ones to recognise allergens in ingredient texts. Tick It is an exception for words that cancel an allergen. The Try it box shows what is recognised in a text.
- Allergen names on labels: the name printed in the "Contains" and "May contain" statements, catalogs and spec sheet.
